Our heritage monuments and sites are an integral part of our society and one’s identity. They are the beautiful examples of art, architecture and culture, forming an unique combination of tangible and intangible linkages.
But in due time, most of these heritages are ignored, vandalised and left aloof, the main reason being the lack of awareness and right heritage education.
Although, there have been many approaches done to preserve it, but the heritage awareness needs to start right from the grassroots level, making each individual, children, youth and the community aware of their rich heritage and educating them to preserve their heritage, to preserve their cultural identity.
