Interpret Europe- heritage and identity at Koszeg, Hungary

Ar. Sanjukta Das, presented a paper titled “Understanding from the perspective of nature culture linkages-case of Majuli island” at an internal conference “Interpret Europe- heritage and identity” at Koszeg, Hungary organized by Association of cultural heritage manager, Europe in March 2018.

The conference aimed to raise awareness for rich cultural and natural heritage (highlighting Europeans heritage) and bring together people from all fields and backgrounds who are dedicated to presenting it in a way that inspires and provokes reflection of cultural heritage. It also focused on how people (both professionals and the locals) interpret heritage in different ways. Field trips include, walkthrough the town of Koszeg, world heritage sites such as Pannonhalma monastery, Neuisedlersee cultural landscape site, food and culinary heritage of old Budapest city.
