THEME: ROOTED REALMS: EXPLORING CULTURAL LANDSCAPES & ARCHITECTURAL IDENTITY
MAATI KATHA Magazine invites you to showcase your talent by submitting photographs that celebrate the rich diversity and beauty of India’s cultural and architectural heritage. We are looking for images that capture:
- Cultural Landscapes: Photos that reveal the unique character of India’s natural and built environments, including traditional villages, historic sites, sacred spaces, and the interplay between natural and human-made elements.
- Architectural Identity: Shots that highlight architectural styles, historical structures, and innovative uses of traditional materials. We are interested in images of temples, palaces, forts, havelis, modern interpretations of traditional designs, and the intricate details that define India’s architectural legacy.
- Daily Life and Tradition: Scenes that depict daily life, rituals, festivals, and traditional crafts, reflecting the vibrant culture and customs that form the essence of India’s heritage.
- Local Perspectives: Images that provide a personal or local perspective on how cultural and architectural elements interact within their environment, including close-ups of artistic details or broader views that show their context.

- Requirements: Please submit unedited photographs in 300 dpi resolution, ideal for professional print quality.
